Pauline South Intermediate School in the Auburn-Washburn School District, serves approximately 300 students
in grades fourth through sixth.
Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Wednesday, February 10 from 4 PM to 8 PM and on Thursday, February 11 from 8 AM to 8 PM. There will be no school on February 11 or 12. Please contact the school office or your child's teacher if you have questions about your scheduled time.
Pauline South Intermediate School was selected as a National Title I Distinguished School! They are one of only
two schools in Kansas to earn this distinction. Each state selects two Title I Distinguished Schools based on
different criteria. Pauline South was selected for exceeding its adequate yearly progress for at least three years.
Pauline South and almost 100 other schools throughout the United States were honored in January during the 2010
National Title I Conference in Washington D.C. A group representing Pauline South and Pauline Central attended
the event which included a parade of the winners. The award comes with funding to help cover travel expenses.
